Our company has multiple production lines for investment casting, centrifugal casting, and lost foam casting, featuring advanced manufacturing processes. In recent years, we have focused on precision shell molding technology.

This technology utilizes high-density EPS (expanded polystyrene) meltable white molds instead of wax molds for casting stainless and heat-resistant steel components. It enables the production of larger, more complex, nearly crack-free precision cast steel parts. Cold iron combined with risers enhances shrinkage compensation, minimizing defects. The thin shell (3.5-6 mm) and micro-vibration cooling allow for nearly unconstrained shrinkage, reducing cracking risks and improving mechanical properties.

Using finer EPS particles for the mold surface achieves a finish similar to wax molds. The baked precision shell, made of ceramic-like inorganic refractory materials, ensures defect-free casting surfaces. For improved aesthetics, the mold can be coated with a specialized binder or treated with paraffin and silica sol coatings, enhancing surface quality.
